Its only relatively recently I have seen infrared photography and I love it!  The post apocalyptic look you get when using a infrared filter for your camera and long shutter speeds is something I really like the look of.  The art of capturing invisible light images is quite difficult and my Canon 550D has a large IR (infrared) block filter which makes taking infrared photos near impossible but I am thinking about getting the IR filter removed because I want to be taking photos like these ones I have found on the web.
